Where is the Control Panel?
Cause:
Windows 95 no longer uses the Windows 3.1x program groups but uses menus and folders to organize computer settings and applications.
Solution:
Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu. Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'.
